Vision
A community prepared to equip indigenous and cross-cultural leaders to bring the gospel to and from Nepal, China, India, Bhutan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Mission
We teach, train and mentor leaders to go, pioneer and manage ministries in 9 countries. Locals from other countries also come to get trained in Nepal and go back to pioneer new works of God.

A habitation model
Bethel Ashrm offers its courses in partnership with TUI Asia under “The Bethel Ashrm Nepal Chapter”, redeeming the university concept as a missions multiplier. This is done not only by a visitation-day professor model but by a habitation model of living and learning together.

Formal, informal and non-formal
Formal education
Internships, Apprenticeships, Bachelors, Masters and Doctorates for the 300 plus churches in Nepal and the surrounding nine nations, through Bible studies, seminars, conferences, retreats and workshops, including at Bethesda Bishram Shepherd House.
Informal education
Tara Schools for street kids and children at risk: one classroom functioning daily in each of three slums in Kathmandu, learning to read and write through food, play and song.
Non-formal education
WARM Nepal (Women At Risk Ministries): job and life skills through a tailoring shop, computer lab, language classes, beauty saloon, food outlet, adult literacy centre, candle-making unit and handicraft workshop.
