Programs
Internships, Apprenticeships, Bachelors, Masters and Doctorates in Hebrew Theology: offered as a multiplier for missions, in a non-academic setting but without forsaking academia altogether.
Make your career the Great Commission
Matthew 28:19: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” Mark 16:15: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” Interns and apprentices are expected, within three years with us, to pioneer their own ministries. We honour them with a Bachelor degree when they establish ministries. Masters and Doctorates are conferred on pioneers who have developed successful ministry teams and become multipliers.
The TUI Asia model is exactly the opposite of degrees conferred by today’s colleges, who do it within an academic classroom only and then go into the real world to start their work.
“Make your Career the Great Commission.”
Loren Cunningham, founder of Youth With A Mission
How we mentor leaders

1. Personal development
Self-leadership: learning by doing. “Specialization is for insects.” Robert A. Heinlein

2. People development
Team leadership: live and learn together. “If you want to go far, go together.” African proverb

3. Pioneering development
Pioneering leadership: creating good success. “Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.” Jeremiah 33:3

4. Organisational development
The win-win principle in the classroom of life. “Bear ye one another’s burdens.” Galatians 6:2,5

5. Mentoring and networking
Fathering values in the calling of people. “Commit to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2
